Coat cowboy steak with seasoning and set aside. Make stuffing for tomato by combining: sour cream, cheese(s), herbs, salt & pepper. Fill tomato halves with filling and set in oven safe dish. Now cook your steak desired temperature. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes. In the meantime, bake stuffed tomato at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes, or until it begins to soften. Serve on top of cooked steak and garnish with fresh basil. Then enjoy the creamy sauce from the tomato filling ooze over the steak.
