1 Pork Chop (bone-in)
chile rub (chile powder, salt, pepper, brown sugar)
hone dijon compound butter: butter, honey, dijon mustard, paprika
Sear or bake pork chop until it is cooked throughout. Top with compound butter and enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
